I have updated my Decay Watch page at
http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/
with predictions for the decay of #22878, the GPS2-23 Delta rocket.
My current prediction is for re-entry over the E Pacific at September 18
06:13 UTC +-9h. The prediction is still uncertain, but there is a chance
that this might decay along a track that crosses the northern Gulf of
Mexico from near Brownsville, Texas, at 06:19 UTC to Tallahassee,
Florida, at 06:22. There are further opportunities for the S USA in the
following orbits, if it survives a bit longer. In fact, SpaceCom's
latest decay prediction is for 10:26 UTC.
