Okean-O Rk double pattern, PPAS IRS-P2 and Iridiums

On Sep.11 I saw mag.0 flashes below bet Cas and above kap Cas.
In binoculars I saw secondary flashes, and graphical analysis
of 13 timings show a good common period, though there is a
slightly different synodic effect on the two curves.

Okean-O rk is more interesting - even peculiar. I did not note
the differences while observing, but graphical analysis of the
absolute timings show very good accuracy, but fall into two
or three groups with different periods. I'll wait to publish
it till I have more time posting charts on my home page, and
adding data, descriptions and interpretations.
