I ran the JPL site prediction against a Skymap trace using the 
day 99252 elset from OIG.  JPL predicts almost a 10 minute earlier
passage along basically the same track as shown with Skymap.

Thanks for putting the Chandra data on JPL.  That should help
in observing it.
