Based on the day 99252 elset (which incidentally probably
appeared AFTER I obtained the day 99241 elset), it was obvious
that Chandra was late and offset to where I was looking.

It was also suggested that it may have been around magnitude
13.  Without several obs to get a standard magnitude, that
is an unknown variable that could complicate viewing it.

But since I did see it at a range of over 72000 km, I assumed
that this attempt would have been relatively easy.

Unfortunately, it is several days been suitable visibilities
so it may takes weeks or months before I finally see it again.
