Today's update to my Decay Watch page at 

      http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/

has a prediction for the decay of #25653, the Globalstar 22 Soyuz
rocket, at September 10 03:35 UTC +-2h. I put this near a southbound
equator crossing over the central Pacific. It overflies Karachi,
Pakistan, at 02:59 UTC, Honolulu, HI, at 03:28 and the S tip of S
America at 03:54.

I also update my prediction for #10223, the GMS 1 Delta 1 deb BA. I now
calculate this decay for September 11 06:19 UTC +-10h.
