I have posted another update to my Decay Watch page at

Both SpaceCom and I agree that the decay of #25653, the Globalstar 22
Soyuz rocket, has moved earlier. I now show this at September 10 00:02
UTC on a northbound pass over China (but with an uncertainty of 10
hours).

The update also has updated decay predictions for #10223, the GMS 1
Delta 1 debris, and #22878, the GPS2-23 Delta rocket.
