In my last last message I mentioned  three arguments against the identification
of the observation with the Proton RB (#25998) decay. Nr.3 was the too late time 
reported in the first message here on the SeeSat - List. The time information now 
from the ST. PETERSBURG TIMES and the localization (Tampa Bay) Sept 7, around 
09:04 UTC is in good agreement with a decay later as SpaceCom and I predicted. 
But my points 1 and 2 are hard statements and needs further discussions.
