Quikscat Rk Bright and Flashing

After 4 days of rain from Tropical Storm Dennis even tonight's thick haze 
seemed bearable.  Only bright objects (ISS @ +1.0 + Titan IV 25018 @+ 2.5) 
were easy targets.  I acquired Quikscat Rk near gamma-Draco (340az, 77el) 
almost directly overhead.  The flashing wasn't nearly as sharp as my previous 
obs but, at +2.0 mag, the object was much brighter.  It was easily visible at 
1x through the haze.
