In its FINAL REPORT - prepared 07 Sep, 09:50 UTC - SpaceCom placed the decay at
                       07 September, 08:51 UTC +/- 01 minutes (51.7°, 208.3°E)
on a northbound pass over the North Pacific.

MPM delivers with the last released ELSET - 99250.291... - a decay at
                      07 September, 08:42 UTC +/- 13 minutes (33.3°N, 155.6°E)
on the same pass also over the Pacific.
