a decay at             7 September,  08:32 UTC +/- 03 hours  (05.1°N, 130.9°E)
on rev 10 on a northbound pass.
MPM delivers with the last released ELSET 99250.170... a decay at
                       7 September,  08:27 UTC +/- 22 minutes (11.6°S, 118.7°E)
on the same pass over the Indonesian Islands.

1999-047D (#25899) SL-12 Platform
In its final report- prepared 7 Sep, 00:10 UTC - SpaceCom placed the decay at
                      6 September,   23:36 UTC +/- 34 minutes (33.0°S, 232.6°S)
on rev 4 on a northbound pass.
With the last released ELSET... 99249.927 MPM delivers
                      6 September,   23:43 UTC +- 22 minutes  (11.4°S, 252.4°E)
on the same pass over the Pacific.
