I have posted another update to my Decay Watch page at

      http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/

with predictions for the decay of #25653, the Globalstar 22 Soyuz
rocket, and #22878, the GPS2-23 Delta rocket.

I predict that the Soyuz will decay at September 10 01:22 UTC +-18h, in
near exact agreement with SpaceCom and Harro Zimmer. This enters eclipse
while southbound near the equator at ~18:30 local time. Eclipse exit
occurs while northbound near 35 deg S latitude at ~05:00 local time.

I estimate that the Delta will decay at September 17 05:12 UTC +-2.5d.
Eclipse entry for this lower-inclination decayer occurs while southbound
near 33 deg S latitude at ~19:00 local time. It leaves the Earth's
shadow while northbound near 18 deg N at 04:30 local time.
