I have posted the final decay watch notice for #25518, the Afristar Mini
Spelda, to my Decay Watch page at

I suspect this lasted a few minutes beyond SpaceCom's estimate of
September 3 21:19 UTC +-2h, perhaps to decay over the Atlantic between
Brazil and Africa. It might even have survived almost a full orbit later
to re-enter near the following perigee at 22:47 UTC over the extreme
west of Brazil.
