has been updated with new predictions for the decay of #25761, the
Raduga 104 aux motor, and #25518, the Afristar Mini-Spelda. I predict
the decay of #25761 over the NW Pacific near a perigee at September 2
04:29 UTC +-5h. I now have the decay of the Mini-Spelda at September 4
13:34 UTC +-18h.
