Object is actually 20 seconds early using this elset compared to SV
separation location shown below.  Note the MECO 2 location. Persons
in Africa near that spot MAY have a chance to see the burn just prior
to MECO 2 (assuming it is visible).

First visibility of the SV is near Madagascar.

Can anyone provide the time of the apogee insertion burn. I still want
to see such an event.
