TiPS obs

After numerous unsuccessful attempts to see the tether on TiPS with
binoculars, I got serious last night (9/26 UT) and used my daughter's 3-1/2"
telescope. TiPS passed between Delphinus-Alpha and -Zeta at 032207 UT. The
two satellites and the tether were visible for about 2 seconds as they
passed through the middle of my field of view from north to south. Judging
by some dimmer nearby stars, I'd estimate TiPS magnitude at about +6.5.
Thanks go to Rob Matson for SkyMap which allowed me to know exactly where to
point.
