Identifying a sat

While observing a pass of Spot 3 Rocket on 9/18 around 0020 U.T. I saw
another satellite moving roughly parallel to Spot 3 R traveling from
south to north. Its maximum elevation was probably about 65 degrees. It
passed about 5 deg. west of Eta Peg at 0021 UT and 3 deg. east of Beta Cass
at 0822 UT, by which time it had overtaken Spot 3 Rocket. Its magnitude was
around 3.6 and it was not on my list of visible sats to watch for. Could
someone identify it?

My coordinates are 41.71N, 71.37W.

Thanks,

Nan D'Antuono
