Yes, Jim, I live in Barcelona :-)

I know very well this message because has been distributed in many places.
I assure you that it is an enterely off-topic! The subject is that the
telephone company (Telefonica) has rised the prices of local calls to more
than 200 per cent, a very bad think for those who use internet. On
september 3 there was here a "strike": people (well, about 25 per cent of
users) didn't use the telephone, and TV, newspapers and so were talking
about this. I think Telefonica now knows how dissapointed are everybody,
but this guy, in his message, now proposes not to pay the bills!!
