We both seem to be right... Rainer's elsets is OK when used with programs
that use the SGP model, and possibly with SGP4, but SDP4 should be used
instead of SGP4 when the period is larger than 225 minutes.

The conclusion is that FITELEM, and whatever was used to build the
initial elset, do not use SDP4/SGP4 correctly.
