I encourage all of you to try this. Make sure the finder is aligned, and =
as
soon as you see the shuttle, get it in the eyepiece (2 people might work
well, one on the finder). Low magnification is fine, the plumes are =
huge.
In case you were wondering, our tracking scopes were offline for the past
few days for a tuneup (bad timing!). Next time with the big scopes, and
computers...
Go try it!
