Hello All!
I am a new subscriber to this list. I have been observing the
brighter satellites (MIR, UARS, Hubble, etc.) for several
years. The limiting naked eye magnitude is about 3 where I
live (35 km southeast of Los Angeles). Recently I have been
using a pair of 8x40 binoculars to look for fainter satellites, but
so far have only been able to see COSMOS 1933. Have been
unable to find Meteor 1-7 (these are the only 2 I have tried so far).
I am a 36 year old Electrical Engineer.
