Accuracy of Web sites' predictions; other sites?

I know of two Web sites that will give me detailed prediction information for
visual observations in my local area (Cleveland).  I have found one site to
be extremely accurate, and the other not.  I was curious as to whether anyone
could explain the discrepancy to me?  The sites are as follows:

http://ssl.berkeley.edu/isi_www/satpasses.html     --- accurate

http://acsprod1.acs.ncsu.edu/scripts/HamRadio/sattrack      --- not accurate

In addition, can anyone recommend any additional sites to obtain predictions
from?
