Seaborne probably yes, from a boat no. I've made for several years =

observation from the aftdeck of my boat when I was on holiday journing =

the canals of Holland and Belgium.
Beside the navigational lights it must have been a fantastic dark spot =

to observe from with no lightpollution around.
