I'm between Philadelphia and NYC @ lat 40.2833, long 74.2333
Starting at 10:30, nothing seen with 7x56 binoculars. I set up 20x80s at 11:14
and immediately saw flashing to mag 5 1/2. Last flash seen 11:20
