I wonder if any risk analysis was done to determine the safety of this
little experiment.  I wonder if a visual observer could be harmed from a
partial reflection of the laser back to earth.  Judging from past
performance of the military/gov't., I would like to NOT be observing
that night if I was within the visibility radius of the satellite when
it gets toasted.  I thought this was a relatively safe hobby!  :-)
