Following Obs made from Falcon, CO USA on 7 Sep 96 UT.

#24293, 96 050 C, RA 00:10.5, Dec +15:16 (J2000) at 10:59:15.5 UT

#24292, 96 050 B, RA 00:11.5, Dec +15:17 (J2000) at 09:57:34.1 UT

The second listed (9:57 UT) obs was about 5.5 minutes EARLY and 0.2
degree east of SKYMAP predicted position. Interbol 2 (#24293 ?)
was on track and about 10 seconds early.

Ran GB960823 and found no match to the suspected 24292 obs. If this
was Magion 5, the early arrival explains my miss of a few days ago.

Interbol was easily seen in 8" telescope at around 8th magnitude
Possibly bright enough for 50 mm binoculars. Magion (?) was about
2-3 magnitudes fainter. Height was about 6400 km, range 7500 km

Position accuracy 1', time 0.2 second.
