Interbal-2 Objects Obs, 3 Sep 96

observed the following objects on 3 Sep 96;

1)  Missed #24292: was following #24293 by about 3 minutes.

2)  #24293 at 08:29:06 ut (+/- 2 sec)
RA 01 Hr 51.1 min (+/- 0.2 min)
DEC +3 Deg, 15 min (+/- 1 min)

3)  #24296 at 08:20:20 UT (same errors apply)
RA   01 Hr 56.8 min
DEC +01 deg 50 min

All positions J2000. Both approx 9 th mag.
Viewed in 8 inch telescope from Falcon, C0 USA

104.5614 deg west, 38.9478 N, 2073 meters

Do not recall names associated with these objects,
or approx size.  If someone has definitive names, please 
email moi or post to see-sat.

Note: high time errors due to glance at watch method
