Decays, and NASA OIG weekly reports

I have had a busy week, and not fetched recent OIG elsets.
Yesterday, they were ready too late for me, but I got them
today. For the decaying Pageos DA piece, though, thay may be
quite inaccurate for the weekend, and I believe Monday is
Labour Day in the US, and OIG may be closed !.
Maybe NPOE could be used to get better predictions for observations
and decay, by adjusting program parameters to match old elsets,
but I have not had time to do it (and will not, before decay ?)
You may want to use these elsets, with -10% .. +20% fudge on
ndot2 and B*:
