AEHF 4 is scheduled for launch from CCAFS, aboard an Atlas 5-551, on 2018 Oct 17, between 04:15 UTC and 06:15 UTC: https://spaceflightnow.com/2018/10/15/av-073-rollout/ Based on information in the press kit, and assuming launch at 04:15 UTC, I estimate the following rough TLE at spacecraft separation (T+03:32:49): 8914 X 35299 km 1 77779U 77779A 18290.32487269 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 08 2 77779 12.8000 275.8798 4631396 180.0003 138.0717 1.80605100 08 This TLE matches the sub-satellite point plotted in the press kit, and the time. It is in considerable disagreement with the corresponding information for MECO3, but in better agreement with the blowdown data. If time permits, I may revisit the analysis before launch. Alternative estimates welcome. The Centaur will be in a similar orbit.
