LB Obs 2017 Oct 25 pm

After 6 days with mostly clouds and several days with rain also
the sky cleared late in the afternoon. There were some scattered
thin clouds, but after 18:27 UT, when 28647 was imaged in the clouds,
they got thicker ending the session.

36036 was I in the 1st image. P looks to be around 1.5 sec.

Several satellites have higher residuals, mostly due to older TLE; see
below.
