Russell Eberst has reported a single observation of a bright, quasi 55 deg satellite that may be OTV 5: http://satobs.org/seesat/Oct-2017/0007.html I offer the following search elements: 1 77201U 77201A 17276.17214120 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 08 2 77201 55.9600 324.3919 0010000 59.9036 43.0917 15.71345000 08 1 77202U 77202A 17276.17214120 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 00 2 77202 55.3600 326.6902 0010000 62.8533 39.3644 15.48005000 07 I doubt it is much lower in altitude than the 77201 orbit or much higher that 77202. Please do not be misled by the high precision to which the elements are stated; that is the result of my efforts to constrain the orbit close to the expected launch plane. The inclination and RAAN could be off by a few degrees. It is recommend to use wide field optics, or on favourable passes, the unaided eye. Avoid observing close to the predicted intersection with Earth's shadow.
