Possible OTV 4 (40651)

I still have to see if I've got a photograph. I just checked in HeavenSat
if there was some other thing.
The satellite has gone a little further north Tarazed star, but given the
intense fog I could not be more precise. Management has been almost
eastbound (even when trying to look through the fog to the east, was
away). Brightness, around magnitude +2, keeping it long enough, though
difficult to determine by fog. Most importantly, certainly are 30 minutes
late.
If I have luck with photos, and I will give more accurate information.
