USA 144 decoy period, visually. Need more points, but it does seem to have decreased in period. Can't help mentioning that after 21 years in orbit, 23343 (Resurs O1 r/b) led 23342 (Resurs O1 payload) by less than 2 minutes last night. Payload flared to -2 in the low south. Tonight the payload will "lap" the r/b for my site.
