point taken... thanks for the input... perhaps i'll just notate it in my 
satellite catalog and not try to have a TLE for it... i can easily adjust the 
common name of the 2014-033AP object to also contain "BRITE-Montreal" in my 
files... that'll probably work... it is a similar situation to the Celestis 
objects other than the payload being ""somewhat"" different...

it would be nice to get some official feedback from space-track if 40050 is/was 
reserved for BRITE_Montreal...
