Just be careful because Space-Track will eventually reuse the number 40050
for something else - it can take them up to a year to do this.
So I hold 40050 as unassigned for the time being.
You are correct that BRITE-Montreal is currently part of 2014-033AP.  For
what it's worth I have it in my "auxiliary catalog" as A08229,
with a note that it is currently attached to S40047.  I'm going to publish
the auxiliary catalog one of these days...
