Belated report on my observations from Thursday evening.

The sky was initially very clear but clouds came in shortly after the USA 186
pass. The NOSS 3-6 duo was captured in an already partly clouded sky.

USA 186 twice flared briefly and brightly to +0.5, near 18:37:49 UT (captured on
photograph) and 18:38:05 UT.
