NOTES:
---------
(1) Another slow moving unknown. Altogether 290 images secured and
    measured but I have only given a few positions roughly evenly spaced
    in time. After the last position the satellite disappeared in the
    earths shadow.

(2) I still have images to measure of other fields :-(((  and I plan to
    observe tonight to try and capture one or two of the previous unknowns.
    Element computations by Mike, Jon and Kevin give a pretty close
    spread in time but az/elevation at culmination agree well so its
    simply a matter of pointing there and waiting. Hope the moon is not
    going to be a problem!

(3) The measuring program APEX really likes the present optical configuration-
    I have now done over 500 images without a single failure!
