    It looks a big piece... Decaying pieces for this day are:
    
    -ISS DEB (39230) I think that this is a small piece lost during a spacewlak
    (a pannel or a cover)
    -Also it could be Breeze-M deb (38982)
    I think those 2 are the only candidates, but they have a very small RCS
    value...
    
    The only one piece who could make a so large fireball is CYGNUS, but it
    burned in the pacific ocean.
