    ESA's GOCE (2009-013A) satellites' ion engine has cut off today, 21 October 2013:

    Indeed, the epoch 13294.54080846 TLE shows a drastic change in Mean Motion and 
    Bstar (but as it is only the latest orbital update so far, let's wait for more 
    TLE's to appear).
    
    Now that it is coming down, GOCE will probably reenter within 2-3 weeks.
