Nice flashes from USA 71 at 21000 km (Mag 2)

    Processing the last events captured at the station www.greaa.ch we've found 
    a nice series of 30 bright flashes of magnitude 2 or so from NAVSTAR 23 (USA 
    71). 
    
    The satellite was in Cygnus at about 21.000 km of altitude, giving near 
    stationary 
    flashes with period of about 1.48 s
