When conditions are the best LAGEOS' visible magnitude is not less than 11m.
Sometimes it flares for 3-5 seconds (up to 8m, possibly) but nowdays flares are very rare (maybe, once per pass?)
My estimation of its standard magnitude is 8.1m.
    Best regards, Andriy
