JSpOC now believes they have identified 5 of the 6 payloads. Their data
matched very well with ours for Cassiope (not unexpected) but the others
weren't as close. They expect to have refined data shortly.
As of the last update on CelesTrak, we now show Objects A and C in the
vicinity of the payloads. Object A seems to be tracking Cassiope quite
closely. Objects D and E are tracking the main group, as well, but out
past Objects B and G. This might suggest that the overall dispersion is
larger than expected due to atmospheric drag mismodeling.
Recommendations for tracking tonight would be Objects A, B, C, D, E, and
G as these seem to be improving. Any information on visual magnitude is
welcome, since we expect the POPACS spheres will be quite dim (estimated
intrinsic visual magnitude of 11.5).-- TS
