Here is a new TLE set from range-rate tracking at the O'Higgins tracking station, believed to be more accurate than the current NORAD/JSpOC set:

    CASSIOPE
    1 39266U 13055B 13275.58333333 .00011541 00000-0 40123-3 0 00007
    2 39266 080.9947 312.3375 0796333 150.4175 230.2660 13.96445681000425

The identifiers 39266 and 13055B were inserted by the folks in Calgary on the understanding that the the O'Higgins tracking data best matches that particular NORAD/JSpOC object.

The GPS instrument is still being commissioned so we don't have a GPS-derived orbit yet. But that should come soon.
