Meteor? or Satellite?

    Hello:
    
     Went out to try for last Orionids, saw a few other shower members.
    
     But this object caught my eye, it lasted less than 1/2 second, the bright
    star at top is Procyon and look to lower center, I cropped the 3 images it
    was on and you will see a point source. All this happened at 6:12am ADT,
    not sure how many seconds like 6:12:20 ect....
    
     There was another one but closer to Procyon - unfortunately I did not get
    that one :(
    
     Data:  Canon 350D - lens set at 38mm, f/5, 800 ISO,
            and 20 second exposures.
    
     Time: 0912 UT

     Latitude: N44 39'
    
     Long: W63 36'
