I'm pretty sure that it's 21805, 91-80B, which replaced the one that used to be there. It flashes to +7 here around 4:00 UT and sometimes brightens again to some extent about 30 minutes later. It is spin-stabilized at 6 rpm and has four solar panels and so flashes every 2.5 seconds. On exceptional moonless nights I have been able to see it from BCRC with my 8x42 binoculars, but usually if I can see it at all it takes the 12x60s. Of course positional observations would be welcomed.
