    Since it's geo flare season, take a look at Brazilasat B3 ( 25152 ) and
    Brazilsat B4 ( 26496 ). They are spin stabilized, so flash.
    
    Gorizont 29 ( 22907 ) I find, likes to flash between 8 to 9 utc.
