    Lacrosse 3 (97064A / 25017) went missing soon after the epoch 11249 TLE. It could have been de-orbited, but I wonder
    whether it could have altered inclination and/or altitude to fix its plane in relation to that of Lacrosse 5 (05016A /
    28646). I could concoct search elements if anyone is interested in performing a full planar search; else, we can just
    wait for it turn up one day, which probably would be sooner than later due to its brightness.
