Using one of the GRAS telescope located in Victoria Australia, I was able to observe milstar 4, which appeared as a bright streak since the scope follow's the star's. Info on where the scope is located S 38° 03’ E 145° 22’ Elevation: 73m (temporary location) Timezone = UTC +10:00 Victoria, Australia Daylight savings time is observed. No image to be displayed. It was within 2 degrees of mike's intergrated orbit for it. That's all wanted to know, it was still where it was, and not where the data found at http://www.ucsusa.org/nuclear_weapons_and_global_security/space_weapons/technical_issues/ucs-satellite-database.html Was saying it was located, ie 68 degrees West.
