Hi Harro& Colleagues I made a video recording of the ROSAT pass over me just after sunset this evening. I did not observe any significant variation in brightness aside from the expected gradual increase as it approach max elevation/min distance/better sun angle... It did get pretty bright, at least 1st mag. The video provides three 'scenes' of the pass. Sorry but continuous coverage of this pass was not possible due to very tall trees north of my observing station at my home location (8049).
