It was around a 25 degree pass in the north at 713 PM local. While I probably found Polaris, no other reference stars were found (twilight). Scattered clouds did not help. I scanned using binoculars but failed to see it. Cannot make any conclusions about magnitude since my scan may have been inadequate.
