    10046A continued to manoeuvre during the past day. The elset below is based on Pierre Neirinck's and
    my observations today.

    The mean motion is a bit uncertain, so predictions tonight could be off by several tens of seconds
    (time). Additional manoeuvres are possible. 
    
    Exact 27:2 resonance would be achieved with a mean motion of 13.4167 rev/d, but the U.S. tendency
    has been to values a few hundredths of a rev per day either side of exact resonance, e.g. 43.05 revs
    in 3 days, for Lacrosse 5; 30.95:2 for USA 193. In the case of 10046A, a mean motion of 13.392
    rev/d, would yield 26.95:2 resonance. I doubt the mean motion will go much lower than that; time
    will tell.
